CODESH (COllaborative DEvelopment SHell) is an automatic persistent logbook for sessions of personal command line work. It records what and how is being done, for private use/reuse and for sharing selected parts with collaborators.
It is an intelligent shell that automatically logs user's shell sessions. Sessions are uniquely tagged and stored in local or distributed backend repositories (ASCII flat file or Subversion or CVS based) and can be extracted and reproduced at any time by the user who created the session or by collaborators located anywhere in the world.
The focus of this version is the distributed computing (remote) aspects of CODESH. A new subdirectory "remote" is introduced. It contains sample scripts showing how to set up remote (client/server based) Subversion, CVS, and ASCII backends, along with detailed documentation. The scripts can be used not only to set up CODESH backends, but general purpose remote Subversion or CVS pserver repositories as well. As usual, extreme caution and studying the documentation in advance is recommended before setting up servers.

NewsFactor - I first met our solution provider, Ray Tetlow, the founder of Skyytek, on the Oracle Small Business (OSB from now on) user forum. At the time we were struggling with version 7 of OSB. It was really incomplete and badly tested software. Not only was it painfully slow, but also a lot of the features on which we based our purchasing decision just did not work.

libdmtx is open source software for reading and writing Data Matrix barcodes. At its core libdmtx is a shared library, allowing C/C programs to use its capabilities without restrictions or overhead. It also has fully featured command line utilities.
The libdmtx project has released version 0.5.1, a recommended upgrade to fix known issues in 0.5.0. libdmtx is an open source package for reading and writing Data Matrix barcodes on Linux, OS X, Windows, and several mobile devices. At its core libdmtx is a shared library, allowing C/C programs to use its capabilities without restrictions or overhead.
The libdmtx 0.5.1 release provides important bug fixes and functionality improvements, mainly for the benefit of users who don't use the latest code from Subversion. The changes in 0.5.1 are incremental by nature and stem from a few factors:
* An incomplete libfec integration from version 0.5.0
* Feature importance identified by real-world users
* Increasing use of libdmtx on non-Linux platforms
This release also lays some important groundwork for the next major version, which will focus primarily on improving runtime performance.

JSMS is an open source application that lets you send free SMS (text) messages from your computer. It will run on any type of computer. You must have a valid Meteor Ireland, Vodafone Ireland or O2 Ireland account to use JSMS.
- Added a phone book manager and a button to launch it from the main screen. Multiple contacts can added to a group by drag and drop or multi-selection.
- Redesigned Login window.
- Added ability to export and import contacts (great for backing up your phone book).
- Contacts can be searched by typing their name.
- Updated message window and made background colours configurable, just like the fonts are.
- Added message log showing message history since JSMS was launched.
- Updated JSMS to work with Meteor's latest website update.
- Fixed bug where user could only enter a manual number up to 10 digits long (needed for O2 users).
- Updated installer and "About" box images and fixed bug where the installer crashed on certain Linux platforms.
- Temporarily removed broken "sendToGroups" functionality.

A toolset for managing and updating installed ports for FreeBSD ports system
portupgrade 2.4.4 (released 2008-07-01):
* [pkgtools.rb] Close CONTENTS file. It made a few problems before.
* [portupgrade.1] Some leftovers removed. Fix .Pp tag.
* [portupgrade] Fix a failure when -PP specified for some ports.
* [portversion] Add -F to show a package full name (with a version number)
-o to show an origin of a package and -q for quiet output.
* [portupgrade, pkgmisc.rb] Fix a bug in make arguments quoting. If you
had an argument with spaces (e.g. WITH_MODULES="module1 module2"), it
was parsed wrong.
* [portupgrade] Allow upgrade dependencies if -R or -r options specified
but main port is up-to-date.
* [pkgdb.rb, portsdb.rb] If DB can't be updated, remove it and try again.
* [portupgrade] setproctitle with a port name when 'make config' runs.
* [portupgrade] If 'make config' fails, show a warning and ignore it.
* [pkgdb] Do not show 'You do not own pkgdb dir' for root.

The script is a project to build the first free fully-featured, completely customizable TGP/MGP/Toplist script. Features include user accounts, gallery, banner and link submissions, Admin Control Panel, integrated Google AdSense, ICRA Labels and more.
Version 1.0.2 has now been released. This release fixes many bugs within the Admin Control Panel and adds several new features. IMPORTANT: This is only a beta version and should not be implemented on a full scale site. We plan to have the full working version released sometime in mid July...should be version 2.0.0

PerceptualDiff is an image comparison utility that compares two images using a perceptual metric. That is, it uses a computational model of the human visual system to determine if two images are visually different, so minor changes in pixels are ignored.
This version of perceptual diff has the file IO changed to use FreeImage so it supports a lot more file formats than before. Thanks for Jim Tilander for the patch.
